Freight Charges
Australia Post & Free Shipping
All items marked with “Free Shipping” will ship anywhere in Australia free of charge. Otherwise a quote for shipping will be available on the checkout page.
The team at Trailit Trailers will be in contact with you to provide a quote on your shipping prior to collecting payment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location but will generally take between 2-10 business days. Currently stocked items will be despatched same day or next day. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is out of stock we will order from our supplier immediately and mark your order as priority.
Order Tracking
If your order is sent with Australia Post you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Track shipment here: http://auspost.com.au/track/
If your order is sent via TNT Express you will receive a consignment number for your shipment. Track TNT shipments here: http://www.tnt.com
Courier Deliveries
Orders sent by courier can only be delivered to a fixed address (preferably a business address). Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver. If you have any special delivery requirements please let us know.
